KadastrKZ is a web service for checking land plots on the public cadastral map of Kazakhstan. Find a plot by coordinates or cadastral number and see its boundaries, area and characteristics in one place — a minute instead of manually checking several sources.
Quickly and clearly understand what a plot is: where it is located, its boundaries and characteristics.
Search by coordinates and cadastral number, rendering of plot boundaries on the map and satellite imagery, a card with all characteristics and a button to open Google Maps. Seven satellites and fresh imagery from different sources — choose the layer you need and see the plot as it is now. You can save plots you like to favorites and return to them later. Under the hood — reverse engineering of the public cadastral map and a server-side proxy with coordinate conversion.
Python/Node.js backend, server-side proxy, geo-coordinates and mapping (Leaflet/Mapbox), several satellite providers, web interface.
Manual plot checking across different sources is replaced by an instant visual summary — the service is for everyone who needs to check land.
